Ingredients

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, 17 oz (1.1 lb)
    Organic Chicken Broth, 3.5 cup - 4 cups
    Onion (Raw) All Types, 1/2 medium-large
    Leek chopped pieces, about 1/2 leek
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium
    Organic Canned Tomatoes, large 28 ounce can
    *Baby Carrots 6 oz or 1/2 bag
    *Organic Frozen Spinach, 2 cups - about
    *Green Beans, Frozen, 2 cups - about
    *giorgio mushroom 4 oz can
    Seasonings to taste:
    granulated garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, black peppercorns, "zesty blend"

Directions

Combine ingredients; simmer until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
Season to taste
