Ingredients

    1 cup elbow macaroni
    2 tbs of all purpose flour
    1 cup 2% cheddar cheese (shredded)
    2 1/2 cups of 2% milk
    1 package broccoli, carrot, cauliflower frozen medley or you can use fresh broccoli on its own
    1 can chicken broth

Directions

heat on can of chicken broth to a simmer on medium high heat, add elbow macaroni and cook for 5min, add vegetables and cook and additional 5 min covered, mix the flour with the milk and add to the macaroni and vegetables, bring to a simmer reduce heat to medium, when soup has thickened slowly add cheese. its that simple
