2 cups shredded Mozzarella
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Reggiano
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
3 tsp granulated garlic
3 large eggs
Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Spread mixture evenly on a pizza pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven & top with whatever ingredients your heart desires! (pictured is more cheese, green onion, olive, bacon, & mushroom)
After topped, broil for 3-5 minutes to melt/heat toppings.
