    1 1/2 Cups Frozen Unsweetened Strawberries
    1 1/2 Cups Frozen Unsweetened Triple Berries (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries)
    1 Scoop Whey Protein Isolate
    58 Raw Unsalted Almonds

Tips

I eat this for breakfast when I'm on the go and then put half in the freezer and have it later in the day.


Directions
