Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp butter
    1 medium onion
    1 can of slice mushroom
    1/4 cup of red wine
    put oil and butter in a pan with onion and saute for a minute or so and put the mushroom drain and went it starting to brown pour wine and simmer for a minute and put 2 tsp of cornstarch with water and mix with the onion mix if it is to tick put a little water
