Introduction

This is my friend Susan's favorite breakfast smoothie This is my friend Susan's favorite breakfast smoothie
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cube frozen Wheat grass
    1 Tbsp chia seeds
    4 tsp coconut oil
    1/2 container Chobani plain whole fat yogurt
    1 scoop Isopure chocolate protein powder
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 of a fresh pear
    1 cup baby spinach leaves (a big handful)
    water as needed, for proper texture.


Directions

Blend:

Wheat grass, chia seeds, coconut oil, yogurt, protein powder, fruits and spinach

Add water as needed, for proper texture.
