Ingredients

    Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1 cup fresh strawberries, chunked

Tips

I haven't mastered the time on this one; generally, you want to cook for about 25% less when using pumpkin instead of oil. My oven's hotter than most. AFter 30 minutes, check for doneness.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and stir until thoroughly combined.

Spray 13 x 9 inch pan with Pam, and spread mix evenly in pan.

Cook for approximately 30 minutes, checking for doneness.

Serving Size: Makes 16 2 inch brownies
