1.75 lbs Turkey, Lean Ground
0.25 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
1 Cup Onions, Chopped
3 Tbsp Chipotle Mustard
1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 Tbsp Ginger, Ground
1Tbsp Garlic Powder
1Tbsp Cumin, Roasted Ground
1 tsp Salt
Because Ovens vary, check the Meatballs after 30 minutes. Cook until done. Do not overcook.
Vary the seasoning according to your preferences.
2. Add the Ground Turkey to the above Mixture and mix well.
3. Form into 16 equal size Meatballs
4. Place on an Oven safe baking tray/pan.
5. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
