Ingredients

    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 0.5 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Almonds, 0.1 cup, slivered
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 5 grams

Tips

make sure mix is covered by the milk before putting in fridge. can have additonal fruit or berries.


Directions

grate apple, mix with all other ingredients except yogurt. store in airtight container in fridge over night. add yogurt just before serving.
