Vanilla Protein Pancake

Introduction

This is ridiculously nice. A great alternative to pancakes. They are sweet, and packed with protein and are very low carb. This is ridiculously nice. A great alternative to pancakes. They are sweet, and packed with protein and are very low carb.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 egg
    30ml soya milk (fridge)
    25g vanilla whey protein powder
    10g coconut oil

Tips

I made one big pancake. You can then top it with whatever you want. I had it with peanut butter, which is soooo good. Going to also try topping it with coconut milk and maybe some blueberries.


Directions

Whisk together the egg and milk until frothy.

Add the protein powder and stir until well mixed. Let sit for 1 minute.

Heat a pan and melt in the coconut oil.

Spoon the pancake mixture into the pan. You'll need to flatten it with the back of a spoon to make it spread thinner.

Flip after a couple of minutes. Cook both sides until brown. Eat and enjoyyyyy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 large pancake, or 2 small pancakes
