Ingredients

    1 cup diced potatoes
    1 cup diced carrots
    1 cup broccoli florets
    1 large stalk of celery
    1 teaspoon garlic
    4 teaspoon olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon Mrs dash seasoning blend ( any blend)
