Ingredients

    32 OZ Jennie O Extra Lean Turkey Ham
    6 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
    6 Ezekiel Burger Buns (Thawed in the microwave)
    6 Cups Broccoli Normandy (Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower)

Directions

Put the ham and veggies in the slow cooker and cover with water. Cook on high for about 2 hours or until ham appears done. Then slice the ham into 6 slices and put on each bun. Place a slice of cheese on top and microwave each for 30 seconds.
