Turkey and Vegetable Chili

Introduction

This made three meals for the three of us and one lunch for me! I was so happy with my invention! This made three meals for the three of us and one lunch for me! I was so happy with my invention!

Ingredients

    1 green bell pepper
    1 sweet red pepper
    1 8 oz. can yello sweet corn
    2 cups sliced white mushrooms
    1 jar Bertolli sauce (pick what you like, I used a basic)
    16 oz water
    1 chopped fresh red tomato
    1 large chopped red onion
    red pepper (amount up to cook, I used a lot)
    chili powder (amount up to cook, I used a lot)
    1 1/2 lb. of turkey
    4 oscar meyer turkey dogs

Tips

add more red pepper or chili powder as you cook and taste so it is exactly what you want

Directions

cook ground turkey adding lemon pepper for seasoning and season salk; slice mushrooms, peppers, tomato, onion, and turkey dog; open cans and jar and throw everything in a crockpot; mix well; cooke four hours stirring once every hour. (Feel free to taste!)
