Boneless BBQ Chicken

Introduction

This is variation on a Better Homes & Garden recipe. It tends to be a bit on the spicy side. If you are not a fan of the heat, cut back onthe horseradish and the red pepper. Ingredients

    4 Chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbsp cooking oil
    3/4 cup Nance's Chili Sauce
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp yellow mustard
    1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

1. Arrange chicken in a 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.

2. For sauce, in a saucepan, cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender but not brown. Stir in chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, mustard, horseradish, and crushed red pepper; heat through.

3. Turn chicken. Brush half of the sauce over the chicken. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink . Reheat remaining sauce; pass with chicken.
