1 lbs. Tri Tip Steak, cut into cubes
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp garlic,minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/2 medium onion, cut into quarters
Take a skewer, and add steak, pepper, onion, steak pepper onion, until all the vegetables and steak are skewed.
Place on a grill on medium heat, and rotate every 3 minutes until vegetables are charred and meat is cooked.
Serving Size: 4 kabob's
