Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium(remove)
    *Zuchinni Squash 1 medium (11 gm)), 1 serving(remove)
    *Summer Squash all varieties, raw (1 med), 6.92 oz(remove)
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp(remove)
    Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tsp(remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped(remove)

Directions

saute vegetables in oil and cover and let simmer until soft
