Oat Flour Muffins

    1 cup oat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/3 cup buttermilk
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 egg


you can add anything to this


Mix dry ingredients.
Mix liquids and fruit or nuts; add to dry mix, stirring lightly.
Fill 6 greased muffin tins 1/2 full and bake 15 minutes at 425*.
