Ingredients

    1 bunch broccoli
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 large garlic cloves minced

Directions

chop the broccoli into bite sized florets. peel and slice the stems and cut into smaller pieces. stir fry the broccoli in a pan with water until it starts to get tender. whisk the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix broccoli in.
