Introduction

A low Carb porridge alternative made from Ground Almonds and Flaxseed. I got the original recipe from BUBBLES1987 and edited it slightly. A low Carb porridge alternative made from Ground Almonds and Flaxseed. I got the original recipe from BUBBLES1987 and edited it slightly.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    200ml soya milk
    1g Splenda (0.5 tbsp)
    7g ground flaxseed (1 tbsp)
    15g ground almonds

Directions

Mix the Splenda and milk together in a bowl, and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Add in both the flaxseed and the ground almonds. Stir well.

Leave to thicken for a couple of minutes, stirring often.

Serve and enjoy.


Serving Size: Makes 1 bowl of porridge
