Ingredients

    1 large banana
    1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk
    1 tsp. of vanilla extract

Directions

peel and cut the banana into smaller pieces and freeze the night before. put frozen banana, soy milk and vanilla extract in a food processor and blend.
* banana can be substituted for 1 cup of frozen strawberries.
