Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

    4 Lbs Red Potatoes
    1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Slice the potatoes into thin slices. Add the oil to the griddle. Once the potatoes are sliced put them on the griddle. Cook at 300 flipping them occasionally for about 2 hours.
