Steak and Beans

Ingredients

    15 dried bean soup
    6 cups beef broth
    1 - large onion diced
    6 cloves garlic diced
    1.5 pd beef tip round - cut smaill bite sized
    2 tbsp A1 steak sauce
    3 tsp dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste



Directions

soak beans over night in 6 cups water
drain and rinse beans - reserve soak water
dice onion - saute in evoo
add meat - cut into small bite sized pieces - brown
add diced garlic
add beans
add broth -
add reserve water
add steak sauce and mustard
bring to boil then reduce, cover and simmer all day
makes 8-10 1-1 1/2 cup servings
