12 oz Top Sirloin Steak I medium onion sliced 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp All purspose flour 1 cup Beef Broth
Tenderize meat with meat mallet. Salt and pepper meat. Apply worcestershire sauce to both sides. Put olive oil in skillet and heat until smoking. Add onion and cook until soft about 5 minutes. Remove onion from skillet. Place meat in skillet and brown both sides. Remove from skillet. Whisk in flour until brown to make roux. Add broth whisking to make gravy. Add meat and onions, simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
