Vienamese grilled chicken

Ingredients

    2 garlic cloves minced
    1.5 TB canola oil
    1.5 TB fish sauce
    3 TB sugar
    1.5 Tea Siracha sauce
    4 -4 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast

Directions

Mix garlic thru siracha, stir until sugar is dissolved
Pound chicken to even thickness, scor chicken, place chicken in plastic bag and pour in marinade. Marinate to 15 minutes up to one hour. Grill over medium heat, serve with rice noodles, garnish with mint, lime and cucumbers.
