1 1/2 cups black beans, canned, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup sweet bell pepper, sliced
1/3 cup onion, roughly chopped
3/4 cup carrot, shredded
1/2 jalapeno pepper, roughly chopped
1/3 cup quick cooking oats
2 1/2 tsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
Light spray a aluminium foil with cooking spray, add the burgers the foil, and place on a grill and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Top burger with guacamole.
Serving Size: 4 burgers
