Lemon garlic pork tenderloin

Introduction

This takes 10 mins to prep but needs atleast 30 mins marinading time This takes 10 mins to prep but needs atleast 30 mins marinading time
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1LB Pork Tenderloin
    1 Garlic clove
    Juice from 1 Lemon
    1 cp Mushrooms sliced
    1/2 cp Onions sliced
    1 tbsp Butter
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 cp White Wine
    1tbsp flour mixed with water to make paste

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Place pork in a bowl for marinading Drizzle pork with oil, slice garlic and place on top of pork. Pour lemon juice and wine over the pork. Add mushrooms and place in fridge to marinade atleast 30 mins. When ready to cook melt butter in saute pan add onions until soft add splenda to caramelize. Place pork in baking pan with all the marinade, place onions on top of pork and bake 45 mins-1 hour. When finished add juices, mushrooms and onion back to saute pan bring to boil and slowly stir in flour paste to make a gravy. Serve ove rice or pasta for additional cals...
