Indian Butter Chicken

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 tbsp tandoori paste
    2 tbsp lemon juice (use real lemon)
    2 tbsp yogurt lowfat
    1 1/2 lb chicken breast cubed

    Sauce:
    1/2 cup water
    1/4cup tomato paste
    1/4 cup seeded and diced redp pepper
    dash of sea salt
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp cumin
    1tsp coriandor (cilantro)
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp sugar
    ----------
    1 tbsp butter
    1 cup half half fat free


Directions

mix first 4 ingriedents together in a ziplock baggie and marinate 2 hours to overnight.

pre heat oven @ 350 put chicken in lasgna pan spread out and cook 20-25 mins

mix ingriedents for sauce and bring to a simmer
reduce heat and add butter and half and half (keep heat low) add chicken and cook 3 mins more but do not boil. Serve with basmati rice.
