Delicious!!! I added about 1/4 cup extra tomato and the juice of 1/2 a lime. This is a light and refreshing salad to serve with so many things, or use as a filling salsa dip. I LOVE IT! - 7/16/08

  • I really liked this recipe - it will probably become a fequent guest to our table and to potluck meals. I like things a little spicy, so added 1/3 of a jalepeno pepper, very finely chopped. Yum! - 2/5/11
