Keebler Ready Crust, Graham Cracker Reduced Fat
Low fat cream cheese, softened, 4 ounces
Powdered Sugar, .25 cup, unsifted
Cool Whip Lite, 8 ounce tub, thawed, divided
Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free, sugar free chocolate pudding mix, large
Nonfat milk 2 cups
2. In a separate bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Blend well. (Note-Mixture will be a bit thicker than pudding, because you add less milk than the standard recipe calls for.) Spread pudding over the cream cheese mixture in pie crust.
3. Top with remaining cool whip. Chill for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
