Ingredients

1 avocado, ripe
1 pearl onion, peeled
1-5 cloves garlic, to taste (nutrition for 3 cloves)
2 tbsp salsa
juice of 1/4 lime
salt, pepper, and cilantro to taste (not included)
Directions
Peel and pit avocado into a bowl. Add peeled whole garlic clove(s) and onion, juice of lime, spices, and salsa. Blend, food process, immersion blend, or mash to desired consistency. I use an immersion blend for creamy and a fork or potato masher for chunky. Serve with veggies, pita chips, Triscuits, or as a sour cream replacement on mexican dishes. Makes 2-4 servings, nutrition for 4.
