Introduction

Not a soup. More like a taco filler to put over chips or something. Not a soup. More like a taco filler to put over chips or something.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pinto beans
    Mozzarella
    Diced black olives
    Medium onion
    Taco seasoning packet
    Canned corn
    Ground turkey

Directions

Dice onion. Cook turkey and onion together. Add beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Stir and simmer on low. Top with cheese and black olives when served.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings
