Ingredients

    2 cups dry macaroni
    1.5 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp low calorie butter
    2 Tbsp flour
    .25 cup parmesan cheese
    2 cups milk
    2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
    .5 tsp salt
    .5 tsp pepper

Tips

You can add the breadcrumbs with 1 Tbsp butter and 2 Tbsp cheddar cheese and spread on macaroni.


Directions

Cook macaroni til al dente. Cook onions in butter til tender. Add flour and cook til bubbly and add milk and cheeses til melted. Add salt and pepper. STtir in cooked macaroni and pour in greased bowl. Bake at 375 til browned or about 30 min.
