Oven Fried Chicken

    5 boneless, skinless chicken drumsticks
    1 t. seasoning salt
    1 T. chili powder
    3 T. all-purpose flour
    1/2 egg, beaten
    3 T. seasoned bread crumbs

    Pam cooking spray


Test with meat thermometer or cut the drumstick to check that the meat is no longer pink.


Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray a pan with cooking spray. Season drumsticks on both sides with seasoning salt and chili powder. Dredge in flour, then in egg, and finally in bread crumbs. Place in pan and bake for about 20 min. Turn each piece and then bake for about another 20 min. or until chicken is cooked throughout.
