IntroductionBetter than the tinned variety with hardly any fat. Better than the tinned variety with hardly any fat.
2 x packs of Passata
15 x large ripe tomatoes
2 x carrots
6 x celery stalks
2 x bay leaves
2 x cloves of garlic
1 x onion
Chicken stock to make up 1 pint
5 x tsp Coffee Creamer light
Gently fry onion, garlic, carrot and celery until just starting to get soft.
Fry until they are just starting to become soft.
Add passata, bay leaves, stock.
Season to taste.
When almost ready, stir in Coffee creamer light.
Remove the bay leaves and blitz with hand blender.
