Ingredients

Two cans of cream of mushroom soup (regular is used in this recipe, can substitute other brands as well)
8 large potatoes, diced
One pound ground beef, browned
5 carrots, chopped
Tips
Make this quick, you can use canned potatoes and carrots, as well. Also, you can cook potatoes and carrots until almost done, then heat up in the oven. You can substitute olive oil and mushrooms for the soup, to cut more sodium and calories.
Directions
Throw everything in a cassarole dish. Place in 400 degree oven for about a half hour to 45 minutes, until carrots and potatoes are done.
