Brussels Sprouts 'with Pancetta

Ingredients

    5slices Pancetta
    1 Lb Brussels Sprouts
    1 Tbsp butter
    1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

Cook sprouts.

Brown pancetta, remove from pan. Add butter, allow to brown. Add Balsamic and allow to thicken.

Add crumbled pancetta to Brussels sprouts and pour sauce over the top

Serving Size: 1/4 of recipe
