Taco Casarole

Ingredients

    1Ib of Ground Turkey
    1 small onion chopped
    1 cup of Ortega Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce
    3/4 cup of water
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning mix (1.25oz)
    1 bag of Santitas Tortilla Triangles
    2 cups of 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1-Preheat oven to 375 degrees, 2-Spray 9x13 baking dish with pam, 3-Cook Gound Turkey and one small onion until beef is browned, 4-Stir in Taco sauce, water, and Seasoning mix, 5-Cook for three to four minutes, 6-Layer half the dish with broken chips, then put half the meat mixture on top of chips and cover with one cup of cheese, Then put the last half of chips on top and cover with the rest of the meat mixture and cover with the last cup of cheese. 7- Bake for 20 to 25 minuets. Makes 8 servings
