Introduction

Trying to lower the carb content of my favourite brownies Trying to lower the carb content of my favourite brownies
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 can black soybeans, rinsed and drained (eden)
    1 large egg
    2 egg whites
    3 T sugar free syrup (I like caramel)
    3 T cocoa powder
    2 T strong coffee
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 T coconut oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1tsp vanilla
    1 tsp good cinnamon
    2 T dark chocolate chips
    1.5 T slivered almonds or walnut pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F
Blend everything except nuts and chocolate chips very well in a blender. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and bake about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Don't overbake. Allow to cool before cutting into 16 pieces.

Serving Size: makes 16 squares
