Tuna and Egg Salad

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    4 oz. of tuna (canned in water)
    2 tblsp of Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    2.5 slices of turkey bacon
    pepper or sea salt to taste, but not a part of recipe

Tips

I added two grinds of the peppercorn medley grinder and 1 grind of the sea salt grinder and mixed well again. Please make sure you level off your tablespoons of mayo and do not use heaping spoons due to calculations. Enjoy!

Directions

cook bacon (I prefer it crispy from the microwave; your preference); boil eggs (I removed the yolk after pealing but the receipe calculations include the yolk; your preference); chop eggs and put in bowl; add tuna; 1 tblsp of mayo; add 2.5 slices of turkey bacon; mix ingredients in bowl; add 1 tblsp of mayo and mix well; chill if desired before serving.

Serving Size: makes 4-5 sandwiches
