Fake pumpkin pie!

Introduction

Simple and yum yum yummy! Simple and yum yum yummy!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    29Oz of plain Pumpkin...canned
    1 box of fat free, sugar free vanilla pudding, instant
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 cup of skim milk
    Pumpkin pie spice to taste
    9 or 10 full low fat cinnamon honey graham crackers

Directions

Use an 8x8 pan, put the graham crackers in the bottom. MIx the pumpkin, sugar, pudding and milk.
Layer 1/2 the pie mix over the graham crackers, then add another layer of graham crackers...add the rest of the pie mix, throw it in the fridge for an hour or two, or over night if you can wait.
Top each piece with fat free, sugar free cool whip.
