Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/4 cup unflavored whey protein
    5 eggs
    tsp sea salt
    1 tsp baking powder

Tips

Spices can mix things up.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Blend together eggs, coconut oil/butter, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix coconut and whey with baking powder and guar gum.
Blend the dry mixture into the wet until smooth.
Grease a donut pan with spray and add mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
