Baby Shrimp, 1.5 oz
Garlic, 3 tsp
Salsa, .5 cup
Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
Zucchini, 100 grams
No Salt Added Canned Chickpeas, 0.75 cup
No Salt Added Tomato Sauce, 0.875 cup
Onions, raw, 25 grams
Red Pepper, Parsley Chili Seasonings to taste!
Sautee onions and garlic with no stick cooking spray, be careful not to let it burn.
Mix all ingredients in a pan, enjoy (over rice, if you choose!)
Makes 10 quarter cup servings
