Low Carb Stuffed Haddock

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Haddock (fish), 7 oz (remove)
    *Gensoy Soy Crisps-Cheddar (17 crisps/serving), 1.5 serving (remove)
    Low carb stuffing recipe, 4 serving (remove)

Directions

Wash haddock filets, coat with crushed cheddar crisps
Place 1/4 of stuffing mix on parchment paper in a pan, place filet over stuffing and tuck under stuffing. Do this for each filet, spray with either olive oil or I can't believe its not butter spray lightly. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
