1 lb Lima Beans, Large
2 Tbsp Beef Bouillon, reduced salt
32 oz Water
I use Better Than Bouillon Organic Reduced Sodium Beef Bouillon because I like the taste and the fact that the sodium is lower than other brands.
I use the water that the Beans were soaked in to keep all the nutrients.
Once cooked, I use the Beans as a side dish, make them into a salad by adding some Olive Oil, Bell Peppers, Onions, Etc, add them to my soups and other ways. Your imagination is the only limit to the uses you can put these cooked Beans to.

2. Place Lima Beans & water into Slow Cooker.
3. Set Slow Cooker to whatever time length you wish if this option is available or turn on Slow Cooker and let the Beans cook until tender.
4. When Beans are just tender, add the Beef Bouillon and cook another 30 minutes.
