Ingredients

    1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    2 tsp Kraft Parmesan Cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    12 fillet Perch (fish)
    2 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

In a shallow large bowl mix bread crumbs, cheese and garlic powder. Place fillets in mixture and coat lightly. Heat oil in pan and cook fish over med heat for about 3-4 min on each side.

Serving Size: 1 fillet
