Chelle's Breakfast Frozen Smoothies

Introduction

I mix up a pitcherful of these in a blender on Sunday and portion them out into plastic cups and put them in the freezer. I have a sorbet-like treat for breakfast for the whole week; quick, easy, and delicious! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 or 2 bananas
    2 handfuls of strawberries
    1 1/2 cups 1% milk
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
    2-3 scoops whey protein powder
    1 cup fruit juice of your choice
    1 single serving yogurt of your choice
    handful if ice cubes (optional)
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and blend well. Pour into small plastic cups, cover, and then put them in the freezer overnight.
