Ingredients

    3 large egg, hard boiled and diced
    1 cup tomato, seeded and diced
    1 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
    1 cup onion, diced
    1/4 cup ranch dressing
    10 Ritz crackers, crushed finely

Directions

Prep the ingredients and mix together. Chill and enjoy on whole wheat toast or whole wheat crackers. Also great on a bed of crunchy iceberg lettuce
