Basic plan pancake recipe that is excellent when fruit added. Basic plan pancake recipe that is excellent when fruit added.
Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
    1/3 cup of oatmeal
    1 tsp flaxseed
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 packet of sweetener(I use stevia)
    1/2 cup of refrigerated egg whites


Grind oatmeal, flaxseed and chia seed(I use the magic bullet). Add baking powder, stevia and protein powder. mix dry ingredients together then add egg whites, blend again. Heat a skillet sprayed with Pam. Pour batter, add fruit of choice, cook on one side until you see bubble all the way through, flip and cook until golden.

Serving Size: Makes 1 huge pancake
