So this is just a smoothie I whipped up with all the leftover fruit in my house. I would actually recommend replacing the parsley with an extra cup of spinach if you don't love the herby taste of parsley. This makes a little over three cups, so three servings. Enjoy! Ingredients

0.5 cup greek yogurt (plain)
0.5 cup fat free milk
2 Tbsp. ground Flax
1 small banana
1 cup parsley
0.5 small orange
1.75 cup frozen or fresh peaches (I use frozen)
2 cups spinach
ice (optional)

Directions
Throw it all in there and blend it up. Add ice or frozen peaches to cool it down.
