Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2.5 cups of fresh spinach
    10 baby carrots, chopped into small bites
    5 cherry tomatoes cut in half
    1/8 cup of shredded cheese
    1 large banana cut up
    2 large strawberries cut up
    1 kiwi, no skin, spooned out of middle
    2tbsp mild salsa
    1tbsp fat free French dressing

Tips

If not serving for a little while, toss the cut up banana in a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill till ready to serve.
